Arts and Science is seeking an experienced Program Administrator to join the Center for Latin American and Caribbean Studies. This individual will be responsible for account management (especially event-related expenditures), assisting with supervision of office operations, and acting as the FLAS and internship coordinator.
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Education: Bachelor's and/or Master's in a field of Social Sciences or Humanities relevant to Latin American and/or Caribbean studies.
Required Experience: 2-3 years relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education that includes: budget administration and staff supervision.
Preferred Experience: Knowledge of and interest in Latin America and the Caribbean. Demonstrated work experience in an higher education environment.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel, database management, and web-based applications.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Oral and written proficiency in Spanish.
