Â·The department of Anesthesiology is hiring a self-motivated Project Manager to develop and maintain systems to support the financial and operational success of the department. The Project Manager will perform project management support and analysis under occasional guidance. Will work with customers to understand and analyze operational procedures, requirements, processes and/or other needs to bring about successful completion of the project. A significant portion of effort for this role will involve data analysis and report creation. Familiarity with multiple business intelligence tools (Excel, Access, Tableau, Business Objects) is recommended.
Â·Plans, develops, leads and executes the project in order to meet established goals, objectives and timelines.
Â·Provides professional and/or technical leadership in the execution of day to day activities.
Â·Communicates within and across area(s) to maximize information sharing around progress, needs, interdependencies and/or accomplishments
Â·Facilitates the identification of gaps in service level/processes to identify potential areas for improvement.

Â·Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) and 3 years relevant experience
