Assistant Professor - Ophthalmology, Memphis - 19000000AW Description The Department of Ophthalmology at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, Hamilton Eye Institute is actively seeking an ophthalmologist, for all sub-specialties: ocular pathology, oculoplastic, ocular oncology, retina, uveitis, glaucoma and/or cornea. Academic rank and salary will be commensurate with experience. This is a full-time, non-tenure track clinical faculty position in an academic setting.
Responsibilities include resident and fellow teaching and training in the clinic as well as tumor research. Qualifications Candidates must possess an M.D. degree and be eligible for Tennessee licensure. The successful applicant must have completed an accredited ophthalmology residency program, should be board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Ophthalmology, and ocular tumor specialty trained.
