Assistant Professor of Government, Latin American Politics
The Department of Government of Claremont McKenna College (CMC) invites applications for a tenure-track position, at the assistant professor level, in the subfield of comparative politics with a Latin American politics focus, beginning July 1, 2022. A qualified candidate would have a PhD in political science in hand or a nearly completed doctoral dissertation, and the capacity to teach core courses in comparative politics, Mexican politics, and other courses within the subfield of Latin American politics. The candidate must have demonstrated ability to maintain an active, high quality research program and the highest standards of excellence in teaching.
