Department: History - 32231Brief Summary of Work for this position: The History Department of the University of North Carolina Wilmington invites applications for a nine-month full-time Visiting Assistant Professor in Russian history for a fixed-term two-year non-renewable appointment beginning August 2023 through May 2025.Area of expertise is open, though we are especially interested in candidates whose research or teaching encompasses ethnic minorities, the non-Russian regions or republics, nationality issues, or imperial borderland histories.
