This course is designed to teach the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training applied to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning with a fusion of Latin and International music-dance themes. It will be necessary for the instructor to demonstrate, provide corrective feedback, take attendance, develop quizzes and test (both written and skill), create lesson plans, and field student questions as needed.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
A minimum of a bachelor's degree is necessary along with appropriate proficiency, a Zumba Fitness certification, knowledge and experience participating and teaching Zumba Fitness. Must be certified by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association in CPR. Must provide college transcript from highest degree upon request.
