Archivist – Garrett Family Cartographic Archivist
Job Summary The Garrett Family Cartographic Archivist is the subject specialist, primary contact, and public face of the Cartographic Collection at UTA Libraries’ Special Collections & Archives. This role is critical to continuing the success of public outreach, dynamic collecting, and innovative access to the cartographic collection. Public outreach efforts include serving on the planning committee for the Virginia Garrett Cartographic History Lecture Series, curating exhibitions, publishing new subject-related scholarship, and engaging with the campus, local, and global communities Special Collections serves.
