Teaching Professor - 20th Century US History
The University of St. Thomas’s Department of History invites applications for a Teaching Professor faculty position in United States history. The appointment will begin in the Fall 2025 academic semester. The successful candidate will teach the department’s 100-level, core curriculum course “United States History in Global Perspective, 1865-present" as well as upper-level courses in their areas of specialization, contingent upon department need and capacity.  The department is particularly interested in candidates with teaching and mentorship experience in the following areas: migration, immigration, and displacement; capitalism, business, and labor; race & ethnicity; and/or U.S. engagement with the world.  The Teaching Professor in History will teach 6 to 7  undergraduate courses per y
