Tenure-Track Faculty Positions at the Assistant/Associate Professor Level
The School of Business and Economics at Universidad de los Andes, Chile, invites applications for full-time positions in International Business, Strategy, General Management, Organizational Behavior, Marketing, and Innovation Management, at the rank of Assistant, Associate Professor or Full Professor. Applicants must possess a Ph.D. or be nearing completion. Successful candidates should demonstrate a high-quality research record or outstanding research potential. Proficiency in Spanish is not required, as course instructions can be in English. However, successful applicants are expected to learn Spanish within 3 years of their appointment start date. We prefer the appointment to commence in March or July 2026 but are open to considering alternative dates.
